1. Operating Hours

We operate every day. Our store opens at 9am and closes past midnight. Deliveries start at 9am daily. You can place an order on our website or contact us at any time, on any day.

2. Delivery Areas and Cost

  • Free delivery within Nairobi CBD.
  • Other locations within Nairobi may attract a small delivery charge, depending on your specific location.
  • For locations outside Nairobi, such as Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, or Nanyuki, we use third-party courier services. You pay the full delivery cost charged by the courier.
  • Courier options for out-of-Nairobi delivery include Matatu parcel services, Fargo Courier, G4S, or any courier service you prefer. You choose the courier you want us to use.
Note on delivery charges: The delivery fee we charge you is often discounted from what our rider actually charges us. If you return a product, you pay the full amount the rider charged, not the discounted fee you paid at checkout.

3. Delivery Address

We deliver to physical addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
For deliveries outside Nairobi, most courier services require you to collect your order from their office in your destination city or town. Some couriers, such as G4S and Fargo Courier, also offer delivery to a physical address. If you want physical address delivery instead of office pickup, tell us when you place your order, so we can inform the courier.

4. Delivery Times

  • Nairobi CBD: average 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Other areas within Nairobi: average 15 to 60 minutes, depending on your location.
  • General Nairobi area: average 10 to 60 minutes.
  • Countrywide (except Nairobi): 24 to 48 hours, on business days.
  • If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay past the indicated time, we will notify you in advance that your delivery is taking longer than usual, and provide a way forward.

5. Confirming Your Availability

We contact you before dispatch to confirm you will be available to receive your order. If you are not available at that time, you tell us a time that works for you, and we dispatch the order then. We stay in communication with you until the delivery and payment are complete.

6. Payment on Delivery

Payment is on delivery for orders within Nairobi, except in the cases listed in our Terms & Conditions, where we may request payment in advance.
