These Terms & Conditions govern your use of moranvapes.co.ke and any purchase you make from Moran Vapes. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

All products sold on this website are 100% authentic. We source directly from reputable manufacturers and distributors.

3. Legal Compliance

Moran Vapes operates under the Tobacco Control Act, Ministry of Health guidelines, and all applicable Kenyan laws governing the sale of vaping products.

4. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Moran Vapes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
We may request a valid ID at the point of delivery if our rider suspects the recipient is underage. We will not hand over any product to a person under 18, even if that person paid for the order.

5. Orders

  • You do not need an account to order. All orders are placed as a guest, using your name, phone number, delivery address, and email.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order once we verify stock and delivery details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order where a product price or stock listing on the website was posted in error. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment made in full.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept cash (KES and USD), Mpesa, card, and international transfers including PayPal, Wise, Sendwave, Remitly, World Remit, and Western Union.
  • Payment is on delivery for orders within Nairobi, with these exceptions:
    • If the order is for someone other than the person paying, we may request payment in advance. If the person receiving the order is also the person paying, payment on delivery still applies.
    • If your delivery location is outside Nairobi and uses a third-party courier, payment in advance is required.
    • If your delivery location has a higher risk of theft or insecurity, we may request payment in advance. We will let you know if this applies to you.
    • If you are paying through a method that takes time to confirm, such as PayPal, Sendwave, Wise, World Remit, Remitly, or Western Union, we require payment in advance.

9. Our Service Promise

We aim to deliver professional service through our staff and riders. If you have a complaint, contact us through email, WhatsApp, or phone, and we will follow up.

10. Fraud Warning

Moran Vapes is not liable for any fraudulent activity carried out in our name that did not come from our official channels listed in Section 1. Always confirm you are dealing with us directly. Do not trust unofficial pages, numbers, or websites claiming to be Moran Vapes. Report any suspected fraud to us directly and we will follow up.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the Moran Vapes name, belongs to Moran Vapes. No one may copy, reproduce, or use this content, our name, or anything related to Moran Vapes without our written authorization.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will first be referred to arbitration in Kenya. If arbitration does not resolve the dispute, either party may take the matter to the courts of Kenya.
